By accessing or using VisibleMail at mail.chaudharygrowth.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

VisibleMail provides an email outreach platform that allows users to connect email accounts (Gmail, Outlook), create campaigns, upload contact lists, and send bulk emails. The Service includes open and click tracking, campaign analytics, and account management features.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) to recipients who have not opted in.
• Use the Service to send harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• Violate any applicable anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to harvest email addresses or engage in phishing.
• Send emails impersonating another person or organization without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Connected Email Accounts

When you connect a Gmail or Outlook account via OAuth, you authorize VisibleMail to send emails on your behalf using that account. You retain full ownership and control of those accounts. You can disconnect any account from your dashboard at any time.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its interface, and underlying code are the property of VisibleMail. You retain ownership of all content you create, including campaign copy and contact lists.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee email delivery rates, inbox placement, or uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisibleMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
